Avil Noronha is a business leader with 10 years of experience working with Munich Re group in US, UAE, Saudi Arabia & Mumbai. In his last role, he was part of the project team in the capacity of Head of Customer Service for setting up an insurance company in Saudi Arabia. He started Medicon India in November 2013 and with a vision to make healthcare affordable. He is an MBA in Customer Relationship Management from Symbiosis University and is a certified customer service trainer from Telephone Doctor, USA. Avil has been a catechist since over 20years and is currently looking after the Mira Bhayander Deanery for the OLCM team of Archdiocese. He married to Supriya who is a financial consultant. They both have 2 son’s Anson, who is about 4 years old and Alston who is about 2years old
