The CCCI family visited the Nordic countries of Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark from the 28th of May to 10th June 2025. We were mesmerized with the natural beauty, rich history and modern innovation of each country. The journey began in Helsinki, capital of Finland, a visit to the Rock church, Uspenski Cathedral, market square ,a Sky wheel ride and lastly unwinding at the Loyly Sauna- an architectural marvel by the sea.

We then proceeded to Stockholm- Sweden via Silija Liner cruise. Sweden is a country spread across 14 islands and linked by bridges. Visited the Vasa Museum, where on display is a warship from the 17th century. Gamla Stan, Archipelago tour were some of the highlights of this country.

Next visit was to Norway, few countries can match Norway Landscapes, Geilo in Norway was breathtakingly beautiful being one of the oldest and most beloved mountain destination. The Oslo Opera house is one architectural marvel. Traveled to Bergen via the scenic Flam Railway which journeyed across snow-capped mountains. The highlight of the tour was the Magic Ice bar- a frozen wonderland in Bergen with LED-lit sculptures and ice gallery. Norway’s west coast is a living postcard with the fjords. Visited Copenhagen capital of Denmark, known as world’s cycling nation and the enchanting Tivoli Gardens – Amusement Park. Explored the Rosenborg Castle and got to see the famed Little Mermaid Statue.

This tour has been more than a trip – forging bonds with fellow CCCI members. We have returned after an absolutely beautiful, enjoyable trip with rejuvenated bodies and relaxed minds. Special thanks to the tour committee for the smooth planning of this well organized tour. We give thanks to the Lord Almighty for the chance to see His beauty in new places. Travelling with friends turns moments into memories that will live for years .Conversations flow easier, meals feel warmer and the little challenges are bonds for life… the travel experience becomes so much more than the destination.
